How I got here.
I'm Natti McLean. I'm a journalist by training and a digital strategist, and I've been working in digital for more than 12 years. I built a community of one million followers, I was marketing director of the largest community of Latina women entrepreneurs in Canada, and today I lead the digital team at Artistique Carté in Toronto.
I know what it feels like to have years of experience and still feel invisible online, because I lived it too. What changed everything for me was structure. Once I stopped trying to post more and started building a plan behind what I posted, the clients started coming.
